Pee Pee princess

We have now dubbed Macy the "Pee Pee princess" since she continues to have wet underwear on occasion.  So far no coercing or bribing has helped this situation and she just takes care of changing her clothes herself.   Unfortunately for her she has a creative, determined and exasperated mother who has decided to have her wear her wet underwear on her head.  The other kids laughed a lot and got out the camera.  You can see exactly how she felt about it in the photo.  This picture is priceless.  We hope it works.    

Meredith Turns 7!

Meredith had an "art" birthday party at our friend's art studio.  The girls had a lot of fun drawing fish and watercoloring them.  They ate lots of pizza and had HUGE cupcakes.   We were having a wedding reception in our backyard later that day, so it was a perfect party away from the house.  We had a family birthday party with Janet & Ruel and cousins the next day.  

Blondie

Macy (Mo) is getting adjusted to having her brothers an sister gone at school.   She is completely capable of taking care of herself all day long and staying occupied.   She can be found in the garden, playing on the computer, listening to the iPod, coloring, putting in a DVD or making herself a snack..... which usually entails climbing the fridge and getting Mom's stash of chocolate.  Mom usually insists that she eats and reads a little.    She is never at a loss for words and will be happy to tell anyone what to do, where to go and how to get there!

Michigan Trip

The whole family had fun riding the ATVs at Grandma and Grandpa Green's farm in Michigan.   We got to ride around and build fires until we got hungry, then Grandma fed us anything we wanted.  What a life!

Green boys' summer vacation

Mark took Ryan and Ethan on a two week camping trip up the west coast.  They stopped at Redwood National Park and continued up the California coast and onto Seattle.  They saw lots of wildlife and went to many fun places.
